Terms of Service

These terms of service apply to you as a member, being a user or advertiser at VFXBux.com.
  When registering at VFXBux.com, you confirm you have read and understood the following terms and conditions of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you must not register.  
This Terms of Service (ToS) document is divided into the following areas:
USER ACCOUNT 
1.1. As your password must be kept secret from others, we store it in an irreversible format. In the unlikely event of someone hacking into your account, we will not be held responsible. When you request your password through the ‘forgot password’ link, we will send you your password to your email.
  1.2. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them.  
1.3. Your email addresses will not be shown, given or sold.  
1.4. Accounts are not transferable.  
1.5. VFXBux.com will not modify user account information based on user request.
  1.6. Users using false information when registering or changing their personal settings will have their account suspended.
REFERRALS 
2.1. As a Silver member, you are allowed only 100 direct referrals (referred directly by you). Upgraded members have a higher direct referrals limit.
  2.2. Every one of your referrals, as users, must share unique email addresses.
  2.3. You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral. We will verify such incidents and they will result in account termination.
  2.4. You can only purchase referrals when they are available. Cost of purchasing referrals will be displaced in the purchase page, whenever they are available.
2.5. We only sell free referrals that are active in the past days. However we cannot guarantee that all purchased referrals will always be active.
2.6. Purchased referrals do not have a return policy.
  2.7. You only earn from direct referrals, referred directly by you or purchased.
  2.8. A referral will never be able to modify the member who referred him.
2.9. Referrals should not be transferred to any other member account. If the referrals are found to be transferred by or to any member, those referrals will be taken away and the respective member accounts will be suspended and no refunds will be given.
ANTI-CHEAT POLICY
 3.1. Each attempt, in any way, to hack into the system will be logged.  
3.2. Sometimes we will warn you, sometimes we will not. In either way, when you request payout, our monitoring system will analyze your actions and take it's own actions in return. Normally, attempts to hack the system will result in account termination.  
3.3. We may or may not inform you that your account was terminated. In the first case, we will send you an email. In either case, you will be notified as soon as you try to use any of the services at VFXBux.com. It has to be stressed that auto-click software is in any kind is prohibited. If we catch you using using this kind of software, your account will be terminated without notice.
3.4. We have the right to terminate your account in cases like, but not limited to, spamming, cheating or misuse of the system.
PAYMENTS TO USERS
 4.1. All payments will be made via AlertPay & Paypal. No other method of payment is available at this time.   If further payment processors are added, it will be notified in the site.
4.2. All payments will be made processed fast upon request within 24 hours or within 5 days after being requested if the payment processor services are down.  
4.3. The minimum amount paid for the first payout is $2.00 (Two US dollars) or $4.00 (Three US dollars) for all members, depending on your membership. You must accumulate this amount before you can request for payout.
4.4. You can only request one payment at a time.
4.5. If there is a maximum payout amount limit per request for each membership, it will be notified in the membership page.
4.6. We are responsible only for submitting your payment to the payment processor. Any action after that is to be handled by payment processor's support.  
4.7. You must have a correct and existing AlertPay or Paypal email address. All payments will go directly to that user's email address. 
4.8. If you have received a payout, you are required to post a payment proof (screenshot) in the support forum and also in the website's payment proof section in order to receive your next payout.
4.9.a. STANDARD MEMBERS - For the 1st payout, you need to earn $4.00 to request your payout. For all the rest payouts, you need to earn $4.00 to request your payout.
4.9.b. UPGRADED MEMBERS - For the 1st payout, you need to earn $2.00 to request your payout. For the 2nd payout, you need to earn $4.00 to request your payout. For the 3rd payout, you need to earn $6.00 to request your payout. For the 4th payout, you need to earn $8.00 to request your payout. For all the rest payouts, you need to earn $10.00 to request your payout.
4.10. There will be a Site Fees for requesting payouts to keep the site running smoothly. Site Fees varies from 2% to 50% of the payout amount requested depending on your memberships.
4.11. There will be a restriction for Indian members through Paypal. Payments to Indian members will only be done through AlertPay processor.
ADVERTISEMENTS
 5.1. We accept any kind of advertisement except for pages that break out of frames, have malicious code or redirect to another page.
  5.2. You, as a user, can only earn from each advertisement once each 24 hours.
PAYMENTS TO VFXBux.com
 6.1. All payments are to be made using the links available at "your account". No other method of payment will be accepted.  
6.2. All payments to VFXBux.com are non-refundable.  
6.3. Payments made to VFXBux.com using AlertPay or Paypal are confirmed by your AlertPay or Paypal email.  
6.4. Any payment made by another AlertPay or Paypal email address will be referenced to the user that holds that account or, in the lack of a user, the payment will not be referenced.  
6.5. All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension.
6.6. All purchased items from VFXBux.com are non-refundable.
6.7. We do not take any responsibility for investments that you make in VFXBux.com.
ACCOUNT SUSPENSION 
7.1. We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service.  
7.2. All suspended accounts will have their balance reset, all associated referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.  
7.3. All suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same username or email addresses.
  7.4. After 30 days of inactivity, your account will be temporarily suspended and permanently suspended after 60 days of inactivity.  
7.5. We won't delete user's accounts for any reason even if they are active, terminated or suspended.
LIABILITY
 8.1. VFXBux.com will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to VFXBux.com and therefore beyond our control.
  8.2. VFXBux.com reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, amongst others, and also reserves the right to cancel its services any time and without any notice.
  8.3. VFXBux.com will not be held responsible for any of its users or advertisers. This also includes every supplier we depend on.

PRIVACY POLICY
9.1. Your browser must accept cookies.  
9.2. Cookies will only be used to store your preferences.
9.3. Your email address will not be shown, given or sold.
  9.4. Your personal email address will only be used for VFXBux.com to communicate with you and to send you password in case you request it.  
9.5. Your AlertPay email address will only be used for VFXBux.com to send you your requested payments and to confirm what you buy.
9.6. Your user password will be stored in an irreversible format.  
9.7. Your user password will never be shown, sold or given.
9.8. VFXBux.com is not responsible for any of the contents in advertisements shown at VFXBux.com. This applies to all advertisement information we may display.  
9.9. It's your responsibility when you click an advertisement link, click a link inside the advertisement page or browse the advertisement contents.  
9.10. All advertisements are the responsibility of its advertiser and you must comply to their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.
GENERAL
10.1. US citizens and International users are allowed, except where membership is prohibited by law. All members must be at least 13 years of age. VFXBux.com does not discriminate anyone based on race, nationality, or religion.
10.2. You are not an employee of VFXBux.com and you are not an independent contractor for VFXBux.com. We simply create a middle-man connection from the advertiser to the consumer. You or VFXBux.com has the right to terminate this relationship at any time. You are not partners, employees, or sales representatives for VFXBux.com. Members have no legal authority to conduct business, solicit offers, or otherwise represent themselves as a partner or employee of VFXBux.com.
10.3. We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any given reasons (such as cheating, fraud activities, spamming, abusing site or owners, hacking and harmful activities to the site, etc) with or without warning or notice. If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are caught cheating in any way, your account will be terminated without notice and your e-mail will be kept to be posted on a future 'wall of shame'.
10.4. Refund Policy: Fees for upgrading your membership or purchasing intangible items from VFXBux.com are non-refundable.
